John's First Triathalon

2 hours and around 40 minutes!!
he did awesome!
1.5 km swim
40km bike ride
10km run!!
He is currently drinking a beer on the coach!

My parents visited a few weeks ago, it was so good to see them!! they also helped with many house project that I desperately needed help with. Thanks Again guys!
well i finally got to meet my new sister Maddie, or as we call her Big Maddie.
Our Maddie is know as Little Maddie! can you see why.
They where so cute i could hardly stand it.
